We are the Spencer family

My name is Jessica.  I am the family member spearheading this recycling initiative. I’m an accountant by trade, but I have always been interested in recycling and waste management.  My husband James and I are avid recyclers. We are both the kind of people that will pick up garbage on a walking trail or the sidewalk and carry it home to dispose of it properly.  We have two beautiful daughters in whom we are instilling these important habits and values.  

The goal for the Earth Day 2025 recycling initiative was to not only make a positive environmental impact, but also show my girls that you can advocate for change, take control, and make wonderful things happen with hard work. It only takes one person to start a movement towards positive change.
